Exakta is a privately owned company, where the owners are also operationally involved. Our business is characterized by entrepreneurship; we see opportunities rather than obstacles. Through a flat (level) organization, with employees who are allowed to make their own decisions, we’ve created a ‘good community’ and a collective sense that we’re the best at dealing with change.
Security, engagement and well-being
At Exakta, we feel that it’s important to offer all employees good working conditions and a decent work/life balance. A close dialogue between employees and managers is a prerequisite for success. So employee engagement and well-being are measured and followed up, through surveys that are sent out every month.
All employees are offered a wellness allowance
The collective agreements that exist within the group are the Infomedia Agreement with the Visby Annex, the Servant Agreement for the Graphic Industry and the Swedish Trade Servant Agreement.
